How do you travel to and from work - personal vehicle, bus, subway/train, pedal power? What does it cost you per week in gas or fares?

Unless its raining/snowing, or unless i have to transport a large load of groceries, i ride my scooter. I get 90+ mpg, and can travel almost anywhere (45mph or less). Its a ton of fun, plus I've found all sorts of backroads to travel as well.
What question do you hate being asked?
"have they figured out what's causing your migraines?"
to which i answer NO! if i hear this one more time i may vomit
How did you celebrating the 4th of July?
Friday morning we got up at a reasonable hour and it was beautiful outside. The humidity was low and the temps were comfortable, so we loaded up the car with the dogs (Sampson, Jersey & Butters) and headed for James A Reed Wildlife Area. After a short on-leash walk, we found a secluded spot and let the dogs run. They went swimming in a few of the lakes and chased each other around. In an hour, the dogs were wet, muddy, and tired :-)
Once the dogs were tired, we took them home, bathed them and then scott & I met my sister at Blue Springs lake to play on her boat. To save some gas money, we drove our scooters out, which was a pretty drive. We spent the whole day on the boat-- swimming, roaming the lake, soaking up the sun and watching my step-nephew tube.
By dinnertime, we headed for home and crashed early.

This is my weight loss chart for the past 6 months. Since December 15 (when i started), I've now lost over 25 pounds!
The "problem" i'm having is I don't have enough clothes that fit me. Last year I had this same problem, but it was because the clothes felt too small-- now they won't stay on me! Its not a bad problem to have.
The hardest part is not eating bad foods when I'm sad or stressed, and learning when I'm full. Now if i can just incorporate some more activity, I think I might hit my goal by the end of the summer. :-)
Are there any people you would not tell if they had food in their teeth or if their zipper were down? Why or why not?

The director of my department. he does not like to be embarrassed or "called out" in situations. he's like the prez that way-- he'd rather look like a dumbass with an "i meant to do that" attitude, instead of discretly fix the problem. idiot.
If you were independently wealthy, where in the world would you live?

I would have a winter house in St. Lucia. I would have a summer home in the Pacific Northwest. I'd have an apartment/townhouse in New Orleans for holidays. I'd also have a vacation home in the mountains somewhere. Then i'd just switch from one home to the other!
How old were you when you had your first "official" boyfriend or girlfriend? What was he/she like?
I was 13, he was 12. He was one of the cool boys in his grade-- he rode racing bikes and did tricks, all that kind of stuff. He was a rebel :-)
We still keep in touch off and on. We've tracked each other down with myspace now. He's an artist which i think is pretty cool.
What's the one thing you're most neurotic about?
its something weird and insignificant, but i HATE it when guys leave the toliet seat up. I can always tell when a certain friend has been over because the seat is up. I don't even like it when the lid is left open (probably cause the pets will drink out of it then).
